1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

12Limitation of Liability

13Suspension & Termination

ki888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have registered while under the age of 21;

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, ki888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at ki888's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
